Please, carefully check your size before you buy using the Size Chart to make sure you choose the correct item.
However, if you are not satisfied with the item you receive, we can provide an exchange or refund, depending on the reasons. Please, feel free to contact us if you have any issue with your order! firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by us for every product on www.sylphinashop.com within 15 days of receiving each item.
You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the article and agree on a partial refund with us.
SECTION 1/ SEALING LABELS
To satisfy our customers, we use "sealing labels" to guarantee the authenticity of our products, and to make sure that it has never been opened or worn beforehand. Please note that in accordance with the commerce regulations in force, we will not accept any return in the case where the "sealing labels" are torn; except for:

1. In the unfortunate event that the product is defective. (It’s clearly broken and unusable)
2. Product received is totally different from the order. (Requested Product A Received Product B)
3. The size sent is not the same as the requested one. (Customer requests size S and the product received is labeled with size M)
Customer have the right to receive a new product depending of the product availability. In case the product is not available customer will receive a refund.
The information you need to send:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return (1. Product Defective, 2. Wrong size, 3. Wrong Product)
- Clear picture of the product(s) with their tags attached
The customer team support will communicate with the factory and approve or disapprove your case. When the case is approved the SAME product will be resent to you. If the product is out of stock, we will refund you (Refund can take between 12 to 20 days to be reflected on your statement, we'll refund only to the same payment method from where customer originally paid).
IMPORTANT: No resent or refund requests will be accepted 14 days after delivery, for ANY reasons.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the customer receiving the order.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Items purchased with discount codes cannot be returned.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Due to hygiene concerns, the following cannot be returned:
- Hair accessories
- Hats & earrings.
- All returns must first be approved by our customer care team email@example.com. We will not accept unauthorized returns or any return request by social media or any other method than emails.
The following situations are not included:
1. An item you claim is not as described, but we can prove that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them after the 14-day period.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, a tracking number, and an RMA number. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please message us so we can provide the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please choose a track-able shipping service.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
